MB Planning was formed in Southampton, Hampshire in 2009. Since becoming established we have worked with a range of clientele across southern England, but focusing on development sites within Hampshire.
Since formation, MB Planning has worked on a wide variety of projects, with a particular emphasis on residential developments, ranging between the small scale (1 dwelling) up to larger scale schemes up to 50 dwellings in size.
We focus on providing sound and clear planning advice to our clients. Our goal is to give our clientele a clear understanding of the development prospects for a site within the remit of the planning system, and to accurately assess the prospects of the development proposal being successful with a planning application/appeal.
We focus on producing quality work and providing sound advice for our clients. As a small company, we aim to provide the best value for money and most cost effective service possible. Fees are always discussed and agreed with clients before work commences and there are no hidden charges.
These days, the level of information needed to submit a planning application can be daunting. MB Planning handles all of the planning forms and planning related documentation for you, and we have an extensive contact list of recommended consultants and architects to call upon to aid in the submission of planning applications.
So, if you or your company have a development proposal, whether large or small, MB Planning can advise you through the UK town and country planning system, and help you to realise your ambitions of achieving planning permission for your desired development. We offer no obligation consultations, so all you have to do is contact us for free initial advice.
